The successful candidate is expected to: i) Teach undergraduate level courses in Real Estate which comprises any of the following fields: valuation, facilities management, rating, estate agency, housing economies, land economics and/or property development appraisal. Part-time Demonstrators/ Teaching Assistants in Urban and Regional Planning (2 positions) (Jan 2018 - July 2018)

Duties: 

Successful candidates will be required to (i) assist with the teaching of Urban and Regional Planning Design Studio, and Tutorials in the respective subjects; (ii) Assist in marking Studio Projects and Reports, Assignments, Tutorials; and (iii) perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Senior Lecturer/ Associate Professor in Real Estate (Re-advertisement)

Duties: The successful candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Real Estate with specialization in any of the following fields: land administration, valuation, facilities management, rating, estate agency or property development appraisal.  The Department reserves the right to allocate other courses besides those outlined above.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate

Entrance Requirements

Admission to the Degree programme shall be as stipulated in General Academic Regulation 20.20
Applicants for admission to level 100 must have a minimum Grade of C in English Language, Mathematic. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of grade C in Accounts, Commerce, Geography, History, Development Studies, Design and Technology and any other cognate subjects.

Bachelor of Architecture

Entrance Requirements

Admission to the BArch Degree programme shall be as stipulated in General Academic Regulation 20.20
Applicants for admission to level 100 must have a minimum of Grade D in English Language, a minimum of Grade C in Mathematics, either a minimum of Grade C in Physics or Grade BB in Science Double Award, and a minimum of Grade C in Art or in Design and Technology.
