About the Publications Section

Publications Section is responsible for production of  UB promotional publications and plays a key role in the University's overall visual branding, while working in close collaboration with its sister section of Communications, Marketing, and Events Management.  

Our main stakeholders after Communications, Marketing and Events Management are faculties, departments, centres and the various clubs that represent students' diverse interests within campus, which require support in terms of branding, for their own brochures and various stakeholder promotional materials such as MOA’s. Such publications as the Undergraduate and Graduate Academic Calendars provide information on academic programmes and course offerings. We also produce a monthly Newsletter that feature various important news and events around the campus, staff movements, and including UB research activities.   

Publication Section produces various annual brochures such as Fast Facts that offer the reader a quick glance at, among others things, UB's statistics. We also produce UB Annual Reports.  

Our Role 

Our role is to ensure, through production of brand paraphernalia such as landscape banners, signboards, booklets, labels, adverts, fliers, leaflets, programmes, that UB events are always well on-brand, both on and off campus, in accordance with UB brand rules and standards.   

Publication Section provides brand guidance to other University's Departments and student social clubs, UB Foundation, UB Alumni and including the UB Souvenir Shop.
