Southern Africa has been undergoing radical changes in social, economic and political terms since the onset of decolonization. International interest has focused on the RSA, with its long apartheid period (1948-1990), which established race as the main identity marker in an attempt to maintain “White supremacy”.

Ing. Dr. Patrick Amoah Bekoe is a civil engineer with specialization in transport, geotechnical and pavements engineering. He also has speciality in transport economics and project management.
Mr. Michael Dreznes
Mike Dreznes was hired by Energy Absorption Systems, Inc. in 1986 to create their International Department for their roadside safety products. He currently is the Executive Vice President of the International Road Federation (IRF).
