The University of Botswana wishes to inform all applicants that limited admission spaces are available in certain undergraduate programmes of study. Applicants who have not yet received admission offers may apply to add one programme of their choice, provided they meet the programme requirements, including the Competitive Admission Cut Off Points published with the admission list.

Applicants with Certificate IV, NCQF Level 4 (BGCSE/equivalent) with at least six subjects, of which four subjects must be at a minimum of grade C or better will be considered for Degree programmes in the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences provided they meet the specific entry requirements for their programme of choice.

Application Forms for an additional programme of study or change of programme are available online at the bottom of this page: Completed application forms should be submitted via email to admissions@ub.ac.bw.  Admission will be based on eligibility, academic merit, and the availability of space in the chosen programme.

The closing date for application for an additional programme of study or change of programme will be on 6th August 2026.
