I am a Lecturer in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Botswana Faculty of Medicine since April 28, 2023. I have served as Head of the Department and the Director of the Emergency Department at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. I have dedicated my career to improving medical training for physicians and nurses. I am currently leading the in-service resuscitation training for Princess Marina Hospital Accident & Emergency staff with an aim of improving resuscitation outcomes. My passion for teaching makes my interactions with learners easier and has earned me a recognitions, including an Award for Excellence in Clinical Teaching at Addis Ababa University.

Prof. Kholisani Solo is an Associate Professor at the University of Botswana, department of law. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Botswana, Master of Laws degree from the University College London and a Doctorate from the University of Cape Town. He has practised and taught law for more than fifteen years, published numerous articles, books and technical reports. He served on the Presidential Commission on Local Government Structure and has chaired several committees of enquiry. He was appointed to the position of High Court judge in 2010 until 2017. He has also participated in several consultancies related to law and human rights.

Mr Gosaitse Ezekiel Solomon is a lecturer of Business Education in the Department of Languages and Social Sciences Education. A position he has held since January 2016. Prior to this, Mr Solomon served as Staff Development Fellow within the same department. He also possesses teaching experience of Business Studies at both junior secondary and senior secondary education level. As an upcoming scholar, Mr Solomon has publications in various topics of Business Education, and further developing research skills and knowledge in Entrepreneurship Education at doctoral level.

I am a medical doctor with postgraduate training in Clinical Microbiology (India). I am involved in teaching and training the MBBS students. I am also interested both in clinical and laboratory research related to infectious diseases.
I have worked at Primary Health centres, Private Hospitals and in government hospitals in India.
In Botswana, I worked as a general practitioner at a private clinic in Kanye and also at Botswana Harvard AIDS Initiative Partnership for a period of five years, as a Study Physician and as Study Coordinator for various HIV infection related clinical studies.
At present, in UB I am involved in multidisciplinary research projects related to infectious diseases.
My main teaching area is related to infectious diseases and microbiology.
I am involved in teaching and training MBBS students
I am interested in research related to Infectious diseases, Healthcare associated Infections and antimicrobial resistance.

Prof. Joseph Ssegawa-Kaggwa Biography Dr Ssegawa is an associate professor at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Botswana. He has a Doctorate in Project Management and post graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). He is a Director of the Master of Project Management Programme and teaches both project and construction management at undergraduate and graduate level. Prof Ssegawa has supervised several Masters and Doctoral students in Project Management. He has authored over 80 publications in journal and conference proceedings. Prof Ssegawa has experience of more than 15 years in consulting in construction development and has conducted studies in various topics in project management including project appraisal, planning, procurement, monitoring and evaluation. Prof. Ssegawa has been engaged in high level assignments in Botswana including the initiation of a construction development agency through the Ministry of Infrastructure Development. He has organised and facilitated over 50 continuous professional development (CPD) courses for practitioners in Botswana, Tanzania, Uganda, Mauritius and South Africa.
