Ms Ndadi is a business development expert whose experience spans across the areas of entreprenuership development, management consulting, strategy, development financing as well as risk management. In addition to teaching Entreprenuership and Business Management courses, she manages the Business Clinic which is a unit within the Faculty of Business mandated with inculcating entreprenuership culture within the university;additionally the university through the Business Clinic supports industry business development by providing training, consultancy(advisory) &research services. Ms Ndadi, who is an accredited trainer, also provides advisory on economic empowerment, sustainability and prosperity issues. Through working with various stakeholders (both private and public), she continues contributing towards national women and youth development work. Ms Ndadi is an accredited business management consultant with the UNDP Business Supplier Development programme; a programme which contributes to private sector development by building capacity for SMEs to supply bigger markets as well as developing value chains within the key economic sectors, such as agriculture, textile, mining, and manufacturing.

Having previously worked in the NGO space, private and parastatals sectors, Ms Ndadi has a wealth of experience in industry&community engagement, stakeholder relationship management, project management, and managing diversity; an experience which extends to her students interaction

Dr Ndana Ndana has been with the University of Botswana where he has taught in the literature section of the Department of English since 1991. He became  senior lecturer in 2008 and is currently serving as Head of Department up to April 30, 2021.  His publications include journal articles, book chapters, edited books, and translations on literature in English, and indigenous languages and cultures.

Senior Lecturer in Computer Science and Coordinator for the eHealth Research Unit at the University of Botswana. Background in health informatics, with specific training and expertise in socio-informatics, Computer Science and Project Management. Currently, holds a PhD in Telemedicine with UKZN in SA. Devoted most of the past 8 years working on health informatics research and capacity building initiatives in Botswana. Previous work focused on telemedicine and health informatics initiatives within resource-constraint environments. Also served as a Project Manager in 2014 for the implementation and scale-up of a Mobile Telemedicine solution (also known as Kgonafalo) under the Botswana Ministry of Health and Wellness, a research lead in 2015 on a telemedicine project funded by Microsoft Corporation, utilizing Television (TV) White Space technology to augment traditional broadband internet connectivity within healthcare facilities in Botswana and recently served as a research coordinator for a national school eye screening program (PEEK Vision) which was piloted on over 12,000 school going kids in Botswana. I am part of a team which completed the President's Emergency Plan For AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) funded Grant for Informatics and Telemedicine in Botswana where we built Capacity and Sustainable Programs in Health Informatics and Mobile Telemedicine through implementation of sustainable national scale-up models for telemedicine solutions as well as sustainable capacity building.
