UB aquatic centre is one of the University of Botswana physical landmarks with two swimming pools, change rooms, first-aid room, covered stands and administration offices. Our Olympic size heated swimming pool is equipped with Hi-tech Colorado electronic timing system, multilevel (up to 10m) diving platforms and flood lights. Our internationally certified lifeguards are always available to guarantee your safe use of our facilities and assist in cases of emergency.
This centre can be used for the following activities:

- Structured programmes e.g swimming lessons
- National and international swimming galas
- Water therapy and training
- Recreation and leisure
