Full details will be provided in the Tender Documents which must be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director, Business Services, Block 129, (Inside Maintenance Yard) Office No. 2 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Monday 16th April 2018.
The University of Botswana reserves the right to award the whole tender to one bidder or split the tender amongst various bidders.
The University of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest tender or to assign any reasons for acceptance or rejection of any tender.
Tender document may be obtained against payment of a non-refundable documentation fee of P224.00 each (VAT inclusive), payable at Cashiers Office, Administration Block.
Sealed Tender clearly marked with the tender title and number of the respective tender must be addressed and hand delivered to: The Secretary, Tender Committee, University of Botswana, GABORONE, BOTSWANA, at Block 129 (in the Maintenance Yard).
