My research interest lies in Infectious Diseases Pathology and Sexual Reproductive Health with a special focus on high-risk Human papilloma virus-associated cancers in high HIV infection settings. Current research includes: High-risk HPV characterisation in pre-cancer lesions in Botswana; Identification of vaccine preventable HPV types in anogenital cancers and Head & Neck cancers; HPV sequencing and Epstein Barr Virus in Lymphomas.
