Rationale
- Corporate Governance is “The system of rules, practices and processes by which a company is directed and controlled.” The aim of corporate governance is to balance the interests of all company stakeholders. This course aims to give participants an opportunity to understand corporate governance requirements and benefits of practicing best practice governance in an organization.
- In addition, learners will learn how valuable corporate governance can be in establishing a positive compliance culture in an organisation, particularly in the eyes of various stakeholders such as regulators, shareholders, suppliers, customers, and other various interest groups.
Purpose
