Ms Tlhobogang is an experienced educator in Communication and Academic Literacy, and Academic and Professional Communication which she has taught across disciplines. Her area of specialisation in digital technologies involves exploiting online platforms in socio-cultural, economic and political contexts. Ms Tlhobogang applies her knowledge as a digital content developer and editor in various ways such as blogging, hosting seminars and live tweeting of conference proceedings. She believes in increasing audience engagement and promoting information and knowledge dissemination beyond academic spheres.

Portia G. Motlhala is a registered counsellor with Botswana Counselling Association. She is a seasoned educator with a solid background in training practitioners in Career Guidance and Counselling, Guidance and Counselling and Industrial Relations. Her recent qualification in Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programme (DAP)Universal Prevention Curriculum for Substance Use Implementer Series (UPC-I) has broadened her scope of operation and service to the nation. Portia is passionate about human rights and activism as seen through her involvement with organisations that address issues of marginalised communities such as LGBTQI and children’s rights.
