The University of Botswana team led by the Vice Chancellor Prof David Norris is visiting Nigeria to seek collaboration and cooperation with institutions interested in staff and student development. The team arrived in Nigeria on June 15 and is expected to return on June 22, 2019
Addressing a press conference yesterday, June 18, 2019 in Abuja Nigeria, the Vice Chancellor said the University of Botswana is ready to work with Nigerian institutions to develop staff capacity at their respective institutions. Africa has common challenges; therefore partnership in education between the two countries will help in addressing perennial problems confronting the continent.
While in Nigeria UB accorded those interested in studying at the institution an opportunity to interact with the team on admission and international student requirements.Thus pursuing its mission and vision of being a leading center of academic excellence in Africa and the world.
