Ms One Kgarebe Lerole is the co-founder of Infinergy and a final-year Bachelor of Science in Computing with Finance student at the University of Botswana.  The company has developed solar based paving tile system. The EcoStep has integrated solar cells that harness solar energy and they are developed to be seamlessly integrated in unutilised open spaces such as plazas, walkways and all the like while still maintaining the integrity of the space. The innovative project aims to maximise the development of sustainable green energy technology that gives back to the user or customer.

 She brings a unique blend of expertise in computer science, finance and technology-driven innovation. Her academic training is complemented by hands-on experience at Absa Bank Botswana, where she worked in the Legal and Compliance department and previously as a financial record keeper.

Kgarebe is skilled in programming (Java, Python, SQL), financial modeling, data analysis, cybersecurity and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. She is also certified in investment risk management, project management and business process analysis. Ms Kgarebe plays a pivotal role in the strategic and technical direction of Infinergy, particularly in process development, digital tools and smart integration of the EcoStep energy system.
