INVITATION TO TENDER

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen-owned, locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below-named tender.

   SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Citizen companies should be registered with the Public Procurement and Regulatory Authority in the following categories:

Code: 213 General Manufactures/Producers

Subcode (03) Household Products  

OR

 Code 211 General Supplies,

Sub Code 11 (Toiletry and Hygiene products) PPRA registration is subject to online registration verification

(ii) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate number and Tax Identification Number (TIN) or exemption thereof issued by BURS. Such validity of the Tax Clearance is subject to online registration verification.

(iii) Duly completed and signed Declaration Form for Tendering Purposes  (T2.2 GM)

(iv) Duly completed and signed form of Offer and Acceptance (T2.2GA)

(v) Certificate of Incorporation with Company extracts showing Company Directors and Shareholders. Subject to online registration verification

6. In case of joint ventures and associations between 100% citizen-owned firms, a legally binding intent to the joint venture/association agreement, stating the lead company in such joint venture, must be submitted. And fully complete the attached joint venture form (if applicable). 
7. Duly completed Integrity form
8. Duly completed and signed form of Authority of Signatory.
9. Attach proof of payment for the purchase of this tender 

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender fee is P500.00 (VAT inclusive).
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published in the website: https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders   as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
