INVITATION TO TENDER

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen owned  locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below named tender.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bidders should be registered with PPRA under code 211: General Manufacturers/Producers Sub Code 06:  Furniture Proof of registration  with PPRA under these codes will be verified online on PPRA Portal at the time of evaluation 

2. Declaration Form for Tendering Purposes (T2.2 GM)

3. Completed and signed Form of Offer and Acceptance (T2.2 GA)

4. Certificate for Authority of Signatory

5. Submission of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) PIN or Exemption Certificate/letter

6. Certificate of Incorporation  and its CIPA Company Extracts (Details of shareholding and names of shareholders  , Names of Directors, attach valid copies of IDs for Shareholders and Directors)

7. Proof of payment for the tender document

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P500.00 (Vat Inclusive)
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published in the website: https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders   as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
