INVITATION TO TENDER

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen-owned, locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below named tender.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. In cases of franchising business, bidders must include the Franchise License together with a copy of the License Agreement.
2. Bidders should be registered with PPRA under code 101: Hotel and Catering (Restaurant) Services. Sub Code 02: Restaurant and Food-serving Services and sub code 03: Canteen and Catering Services. Proof of registration with PPRA under these codes will be verified online on the PPRA Portal at the time of evaluation.
3. Submission of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) PIN or Exemption Certificate/letter for online verification on the BURS Portal.
4. CIPA Certificate of Incorporation and its Company Extracts (Showing full Details of Shareholders and Names of Directors.
5.  Certified copies of Identity Documents (Omang) for Company shareholders. This tender is reserved for 100% citizen-owned companies only.

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps:

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P336.00 (VAT inclusive))
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published on the website https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
