- PROVISION OF CATERING SERVICES AT THE UNIVERSITY STUDENT REFECTORY, & ITS ADJACENT STAFF CAFETERIA AT BLOCK 130, WITHIN THE UNIVERSITY OF BOTSWANA MAIN CAMPUS,GABORONE: TENDER -UBT 2021/2022-08
Reference is made to the Tender Notice for the above mentioned tender which appeared on Weekend Post Newspaper dated 18th September 2021 and tender advert which appeared on UB website on the 22nd September 2021.The tender advert and RFP document for the tender are amended as follows:
- A Supplementary Mandatory Site Visit has been arranged for the 14th October 2021 @ 0900hrs. This is meant to correct an error that appeared in the initial Tender Advert which omitted details of the Site Visit. Bidders who attended the Site Visit that was conducted on the 28th September 2021 may still attend the Supplementary Site Visit.
- The Closing Date for submission of bids has been extended to 5th November 2021 @ 1200hrs(12noon)

Terms and Conditions for Site Visit
- In order to observe Covid 19 Health Regulations and Protocols, a maximum of two (2) representatives per company will be allowed to participate in the Site Visit.
- Only bidders who registered before 0900hrs will be allowed to participate in the Site Visit. (Registration for Site Visit will start at 08:15hrs until 0900hrs at the Business Services Block 129 on the stated Site Visit date).
- Attendance of mandatory Site Visit will be verified using the Site Visit Attendance Register during tender evaluation, i.e NO Site Visit Attendance certificates will be issued to participating companies.
- Attendees will be required to conform to the National Covid 19 Health Regulations and any other University of Botswana Covid 19 Protocols for visitors.
All other terms and conditions of the tender remains unchanged.
