SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. Proof of registration with PPADB under Code 316: Real Estate Services ,Sub Codes 01: Property Management AND 04: Property Consultancies AND 05 Property Development and Sales. International companies who wish to respond to this invitation will be required enter into partnership with locally registered companies who have the above mentioned Codes.

 

  1. This Tender is strictly reserved for 100% citizen owned companies who are registered with PPADB under: Code 317: Other  Consultancies  and Sub Code: 12 Interior Design-For Tender UBT 2020/21-22

 

Payment of the applicable non-refundable tender administration fee of P1120,00 for UBT 2020/21-21 OR  P 336.00 for UBT 2020/21-22 VAT inclusive should be made to the below Bank details:

Terms and Conditions for Site Visit

  1. Bidders should note that maximum of Two(2) representative per company will be allowed to participate in the site visit  to minimize the number of people attending site visit in line with Covid 19 regulations.
  2. Only bidders who registered before 0900hrs will be allowed to participate in the site visit. (Registration for site visit will start at 08:15hrs until 0900hrs on the stipulated site visit date)
  3. Certificates of attendance will only be issued at the end of site visit to bidders who have fully participated in the site visit.
  4. Attendees will be required to conform to the University of Botswana and Ministry of Health and Wellness Covid 19-regulations and any other UB Health protocols in place for visitors.
