INVITATION TO TENDER

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen owned  locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below named tender.

 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bidders should be registered with PPRA  CODE 138 Marketing & Public Relations Services:
   1. Sub code 01 Marketing Services
   2. Sub code 02 Advertising Services (Billboards, electronic internet signage, informecials, promotion-material content required)

 (This will be verified online on PPRA portal).

2. Submission of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) PIN or Exemption Certificate/letter for online verification on BURS Portal.
3. CIPA Certificate of Incorporation and its Company Extracts (Showing full Details of Shareholders, Names of Directors.
4.  Certified copies of Identity Documents (Omang) for Company shareholders.
5. In case of Joint Ventures and Associations, a legally binding intent to the Joint Venture / Association agreement, stating the lead company in such Joint Venture, must be submitted.

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P336.00 (VAT Inclusive)
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published in the website: https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders   as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
