Reference is made to the above-mentioned tender which was published on UB website on the 4th June 2024. The RFP document is amended through the response to clarifications provided below:

- Please confirm the last dates of support on page 11 of the ITT. According to Cisco the last date of support is as below:
- Reference is made to the above subject matter for renewal of tender for CISCO SmartNet.
We request clarification on the below statement query from CISCO
University of Botswana need to clarify request. They mention listed end of Contract service renewal (for your information) the dates are not correct according to Cisco and they should appear as below table. I need to make sure that we can extend all lines on existing contract which expires on the 21st August by one year and not to the dates mentioned in their end of contract service renewal dates.
ANSWER TO ABOVE QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS (1 & 2)
- As stated in the tender document, those dates are informational, kindly rely on those provided by Cisco Systems.
