INVITATION TO TENDER

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen owned  locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below named tender.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. This Tender is strictly reserved for 100% citizen owned, locally domiciled companies who are registered with Registration with PPRA Under Code 101: Hotel and Catering (Restaurant) Services Sub Code 02: Restaurant and Food-serving  Services  This will be verified from Integrated Procurement Management System (IPMS) Portal.

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P336.00 (Vat Inclusive)
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published in the website: https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders   as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
