SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

    1. The eligibility criteria for tenderers are:

 

      1. a. Local companies should be registered with the Public Procurement and Regulatory

Authority in the following categories:

Code: 301 Architecture Services sub-code 01 Architecture Services

Code: 320 Town Planning Services sub-codes: 01 Urban & Regional Planning and sub-code 03 Urban Design.

  1. A copy of a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or exemption thereof issued by BURS. Such Certificate is subject to online registration verification.
  2. Certificate of Incorporation with company extract from CIPA Showing Directors, Beneficial Owners and shareholders.

 

 

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

 

  1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P336.00 (Vat Inclusive)
  2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
  3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.
