ADDENDUM
Reference is made to the above-mentioned tender which was published on UB website on the 15th October 2024.The tender document is amended through the response to clarifications provided below:
- Number of staff per the 4 divisions referred to in the ITT and indication of management structure per division.
An overview of the information on staff complement, Student population and Organisational structure has been provided in the tender document.
- Number of staff per physical location for the 3 different locations/sites in the scope.

- Headcount of IT team and organisational structure for the University’s IT department.

- Could you provide background information on the data centers or computer rooms at the three sites, including the number of network points available at each location?
Data Center in Gaborone (Backup generator, Redundant UPSs, Redundant Air-conditions systems) and the DR is offsite.
- Could you provide a list of the core application systems being used? Please specify whether each system is developed in-house, custom-built by third parties under contract, or purchased off the shelf.
Bidder will have to do necessary assessments during implementation.
- Can we assume DR and incident management will only be for the 3 sites and will exclude the Sir Ketumile Masire hospital and other Government hospitals?

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bidders should be registered with PPRA under code 317: Other Consultancy Services Sub Code 01: Management Consultancy Services. Proof of registration with PPRA under these codes will be verified online on PPRA Portal at the time of evaluation
- Submission of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate with Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS) PIN or Exemption Certificate/letter for online verification on BURS Portal.
- CIPA Certificate of Incorporation and its Company Extracts (Showing full Details of Shareholders, Names of Directors.
- Certified copies of Identity Documents (Omang) for Company shareholders.
- In case of Joint Ventures and Associations, a legally binding intent to the Joint Venture / Association agreement, stating the lead company in such Joint Venture, must be submitted.
