INVITATION TO EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen owned  locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below named EOI.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• 1. 1. Company registration certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
     2. CIPA Extract showing Director  and Shareholders
     3. Valid Copy of Tax Clearance certificate, with BURS PIN
     4. PPRA Certificate showing registration under the following codes
• code 01 sub code 01
• code 03 sub code 06

1. 1. 5. In case of Joint Ventures and Associations, a legally binding intent to the Joint Venture / Association agreement, stating the lead company in such Joint Venture, must be submitted.  And FULLY Complete the attached Joint Venture forms (if applicable).

1. 1. 6. In cases of franchising business, bidders must include the Franchise License together with a copy of the License Agreement

In order to receive the EOI document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P336.00 (Vat Inclusive)
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published in the website: https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders   as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
