INVITATION TO TENDER

The University of Botswana invites 100% citizen owned  locally registered companies to submit proposals for the below named tender.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

a. Registration with PPRA under Code 103 Collection and Disposal of Hazardous Material Sub-Code 03 Clinical waste collection, Disposal and related services, which will be verified in the Integrated Procurement Management System (IPMS) portal.

b. Permits for Waste Disposal Sites (Attach valid Waste Disposal Permit).  Provide permits for Waste Disposal Sites, landfill Site/Agreements with licenced Waste Disposal Sites and/or Landfill Site/Incineration Site.  (Bidders that subcontract this service must attach valid agreements with subcontractors and affidavit - oath commissioner).

In order to receive the RFP document, interested companies must follow the below steps;

1. Click on the payment button shown at the end of this advert. (Nonrefundable tender  fee is P336.00 (Vat Inclusive)
2. Follow the on-screen steps to complete payment for the tender.
3. The tender document will be automatically sent to your email once payment has been approved.

NB: If for any reason during the tender period it becomes necessary to vary the Tender Documents, an Addendum will be published in the website: https://www.ub.bw/connect/tenders   as and when such amendments are made. It is the sole responsibility of the bidders who have purchased the tender document from the website to keep themselves abreast of such amendments by continuously checking the website before submitting the tender document.
