I did my MSc in Nursing Midwifery at the University of Witwatersand, South Africa. I served as an internal examiner in the School of Nursing, University of Botswana. Served as a coordinator of Bachelor's program for three (3) years. Has researched in areas such as postnatal care,Adolescent health,Orphans and Vulnerable children, Challenges in Education, Poverty and Sexual Reproductive Health,Nursing and Reproductive practice in Botswana. A member of Tau Lambda at Large Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in Botswana, Member of the East Central and Southern African College of Nursing. Served as a reviewer of African Journal of Midwifery and Woman's Health. Served as the board member on Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana, as a chairperson of the registration committee since 2010 to date. Served as The School of Nursing representative at the Nurses Association of Botswana/Botswana Nurses Union since 2009. Participated in the development of Botswana Obstetric Record. I am a Member of the taskforce that reviewed the Midwifery Curriculum and Intergrated the HIV and AIDS into the Midwifery Curriculum in the United States of America. Currently a member of the task force intergrating SRH and HIV and AIDS in the Ministry of Health. Attended several workshops to enhance my personal growth such as;Development of Midwifery and Neonatal standards, attended a workshop on setting targets for ending prevetable maternal death.

Yaone Rapitsenyane is a Service Designer and a lecturer of Sustainable Design at the University of Botswana. With over 10 years of university teaching and community engagement experience, he leads engagement activities such as workshops and collaborative teaching projects. His research interests work include imparting design capabilities in manufacturing and service SMEs, developing sustainable business models for SMEs and developing sustainable Product Service System curricula for African universities. Prof. Connie Rapoo obtained her Ph.D. in theatre and performance studies from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). She joined the University of Botswana in 1996 as a Staff development Fellow, and has been at UB as a theatre educator and academic. She teaches courses in Acting, Playwriting, Theatre & Tourism, and critical theories of performance. Rapoo has published in international reputable journals, including Critical Arts, Theatre Journal, Arts and Communities, and Social Dynamics. She established the inaugural Carnival Parade and festivities in 2016, generously sponsored by the First National Bank Foundation (Botswana). The initiative seeks to advance the University's strategic priorities of Engagement with the community, improving students' experience, and promoting Botswana arts and culture. Prof. Rapoo is the Vice Chairperson of the nascent National Arts Council of Botswana Board. She has also served in national committees that implement the 2003 and 2005 UNESCO conventions, and is part of the UNESCO Global Facilitators Network for the implementation of the 2003 Convention. An award-winning playwright, (inaugural winner of the Beverley Robinson Award for Playwriting at UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television), Rapoo believes there is a lot of talent in Botswana and thus enjoys mentoring young people on the skills of writing plays and putting Botswana stories and cultural experiences on stage and screen.

Earlier he served Sharif College of Engineering & Technology, Lahore as an AP, as a head of QEC and as a Head of Electrical Engineering Department till April 2022, UET-Taxila as an AP till April 2018, Sabanci Uni. as TA till July 2017, Hajvery Uni. as a Lecturer till 2012 and GC University Faisalabad as a Lab Engr till January 2008.
Beside academic roles, he has served a vast range of industries through famous consultancy firms. His interests include control of converters with applications ranging integration of RESs, MGs, Smartgrid, electrical machines, EVs, electric steering/braking, robotic actuators, energy management, process control, cascade control applications etc.
