  • Taught law at Mekelle University, Tigray, Ethiopia since 2002,
  • Taught law at the University of Botswana from 2013-14, 
  • Taught law at the University of Botswana from 2016 to-date,
  • has given legal expert opinions on Ethiopian laws for several international construction arbitrations, 
  • published several articles on public procurement law, construction law and ADR and Arbitration in national and international journals.
