A Malawian born and bred. 

Qualified as a medical doctor at University of Malawi,  College of Medicine Blantyre City campus. 

Qualified as a general paediatrician at the University of Cape Town, South Africa (with rotations in Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital, Grooteschur Hospital and Mowbray Maternity Hospital). 

Currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Botswana, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Health, and General Paediatrician in Princess Marina Hospital, Gaborone, Botswana. 

Loves God, chess, weekly half-marathons and the guitar.
