For the last 9 years using both flow cytometry and molecular techniques. I have worked working on the biology of Hematopoietic stem cell and progenitor cells in the context of the role in the development of mature B cell neoplasms. I am a flow cytometrist with extensive experience in immuno-monitoring/immunophenotyping both in experimental design and implementation post validation. I have expertise in hematological sample handling and flow cytometric analysis in multiple environments and projects beginning with work on my PhD thesis, which looked at hematopoietic stem cell phenotypes in patients with mature B cell neoplasms. My work with flow cytometry modality continued with my work as a quality control flow cytometrist in the production of dendritic cell vaccine against lung cancer and cervical cancer at the one of its kind European Biomedical firm Sotio a.s. I am an expert in multicolor who is capable to fully conceptualize and develop a  flow immunophenotyping panel from hypothesis development, experimental design, method validation, data acquisition and finally interpretation and presentation. I have particular interest in hematological and stem cells flow cytometric analyses. On top of this I am a qualified medical doctor with a keen interest in hematology and hemato-onclogy.
