Currently PhD- University of Botswana, Senior Lecturer- Head of Department, Management, Business Faculty- University of Botswana, and have published papers on various topics: change management, strategic management, supply chain, human resources and conference presentations and proceedings. Other duties I still execute include: Secretary General- Botswana China Friendship Association (BOCFA), Executive member: Business Ethics Network Africa (BEN-Africa).
