I have led the Democracy Research Project (DRP) for 7 years, and I have published 5 books.

I have published numerous journal articles and book chapters.

I have collaborated and published with several people in the University of Botswana.

I have collaborated with various institutions such as Electoral Institute of Southern Africa (EISA), the African Union, International Idea.

I have observed several elections in Africa as an African Union observer.

I have supervised several students.

I  have been an examiner for several universities in Africa and beyond
