Odireleng Shehu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work. She is the current head of the Department. She has served the department of social work in different committees. Served as Departmental Field Coordinator, Chairperson of the Links Committee, Member of the Student Advisory Committee, Member of the PhD Committee, Member of the Curriculum Review Committee and the Subcommittee on Health, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Specialization. She has also served as Member of the Faculty Advisory Committee, the HIV/AIDS Committee, the Trade Fair Committee, and the Task Force on Strategic Planning for the Office of International Education and Partnerships.
