I currently teach Business to Business Marketing; Marketing Research methods; Social Marketing; Sales Management and Marketing Ethics
My preferred area of research is within services marketing. I have also worked on social marketing, particularly on marketing communication aspect of social marketing. I am open to cross cutting research which mixes different areas of marketing.
I have supervised post graduate students in different areas of marketing. The bulk of these tackled topics that touched on the marketing communication tools, with some covering areas such as services marketing as well as consumer behaviour. My preferred area of supervision for post graduate students will be the field of services marketing. Students interested in pursuing studies within the area of customer satisfaction, service quality, including e-service quality are most welcome.
