Profile of Dr Theophilus Tshukudu Theophilus Tshukudu is a specialist in the area f Human Resource Management and He works for Department of Management in Faculty of Business, University of Botswana. Has being in the academics for 10 years and has worked for amongst others University of Botswana, University of Namibia and He acted as an external consultant in the areas of teaching and supervising research projects for the following: ABM University College, Botswana Open University, Botswana Public Service College, Institute of Development Management and Senior Staff College Command, (BDF) and Defence & Security Management, (Botswana Police Service). He has supervised 13 Master’s Degree and 7 PhD scientific research projects. Dr Tshukudu has published widely in the area of Human Resource Management with two book Chapters and 21 peer-reviewed journal articles. He has reviewed 2 books, 3 book Chapters, 17 journal articles. He presented 5 Plenary Conference Papers at World Conferences, and He has also presented 21 International Conferences Papers. Dr. Tshukudu has mentored 9 junior academic staff members in the department and currently. He is mentoring 21 PhD students across Southern Development Community (SADC). Dr Tshukudu has also been involved in community services and it entailed conducting workshops for the following: Bothakga Primary School, Boitshoko Junior Secondary School, Letsopa Junior Secondary School and Moruakgomo Junior Secondary School.
