Ms Joyce Vuyiswa Khutjwe is a Lecturer at the University of Botswana's School of Nursing. She obtained her MSc in Nursing (Oncology and Palliative Care) from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa; Diploma in Palliative Care from Makerere University in Uganda, and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Botswana. Her MSc research project was on the "The Incidence and Effects of Lower Limb Lymphedema in Women Treated with Radiotherapy for Gynaecological Cancer at an Academic Hospital in Johannesburg" . She joined the University of Botswana in March 2019,after practising as a clinical nurse specialist (Adult-Gerontology Oncology and Palliative Care) at Princess Marina Hospital.
