Dr Keneilwe Ntshwene

BEng Construction Engineering and Management, MSc Construction Management, PhD Construction Management and Engineering  

Keneilwe Ntshwene is a Lecturer of Construction and Project Management in the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Botswana. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management at University of Botswana, MSc in Construction Management, University of Birmingham, UK, and PhD in Construction Management and Engineering, University of Reading, UK.His research interests are in the field of sustainable construction, construction management and project management. The focus of his work on sustainable construction is currently on sector level transition to sustainable construction. This includes analysis of the effects and conditions of introducing new technologies/initiatives/policies in the construction industry.The other focus in the field of sustainable construction is the development and use of building assessment tools in the construction industry. In the areas of construction/project management the focus is on management issues for successful implementation of construction projects. This includes organisational aspects and the dynamics of construction projects outcomes.
