Applications are invited for the position of Teaching Assistants in the Department of Biological Science, Faculty of Science, for the period August 2022 to 31st May 2023.
Duties: The successful applicant will be expected to: (i) assist with the teaching of laboratory practicals and tutorials in the respective biology cognate areas (i.e., botany, ecology, microbiology, molecular biology, and zoology); (ii) mark laboratory reports; (iii) handle tutorials (iv) perform any responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: Applicants should have at least: (a) a BA/BSc degree in Biological Sciences or a related field (b) a 2(ii) pass/CGPA of at least 3.0 or equivalent.
