VACANCY NO: IRC 1039 - TEACHING ASSISTANTS (3 positions)  (Re-advertisement)

Applicants are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Teaching Assistants in the Department of Political and administrative Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences.

Duties: The successful candidates will be expected to have proficiency to handle tutorials in at least two of the following courses: Introduction to Political Science, The Modern State, Introduction to Public Administration, and Institutions and Process of Public Administration. The Department reserves the right to allocate other courses in addition to those outlined above.

 

Requirements: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Public Administration or a related social sciences discipline with at least a 2(i) pass or better. Experience in handling tutorials will be an added advantage.

NB: Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations (MAPIR), Masters in Research and Public Policy (MRPP), MPhil and Ph.D. students are especially encouraged to apply.
