DEPARTMENT OF INTERNAL MEDICINE (1 POSITION)
STUDY NURSE (InterCARE PROJECT)
VACANCY NO: FM/EM1/2021
Duties: the successful candidate will; (i) Work with Ministry of Health and Wellness (MoHW) HIV and NCD program as a liaison for the Integration of Hypertension and Cardiovascular Diseases in Existing HIV Care (InterCARE) project (ii) Carry out InterCARE specific roles including but not limited to: training and mentoring healthcare professionals, communities and other stakeholders in the introduction of InterCARE project interventions on integration of HIV, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases care and management; (iii) carry out any other duties as assigned by the head of the department.
Minimum Requirements: (i) Degree/Diploma in Nursing with experience in clinical research conduct. (ii) Must be knowledgeable on HIV/AIDS prevention and care (iii) Must be knowledgeable on NCD’s (iv) Must be registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana
The following will be added advantages: (i) Background in research work.
