Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i)teach post-graduate and undergraduate level courses in Human Anatomy and Physiology in the Faculty of Health Sciences; (ii) supervise undergraduate and graduate students’ projects; (iv) and carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of School.
Senior Lecturer requirements: Applicants should have i) PhD in Human Physiology and/or Anatomy or equivalent field, (ii) a Master of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology or equivalent field (iii) 3 years teaching experience at a University or equivalent institution, iv) Minimum of 6 pieces of research products, sustained research output and activity; v) Evidence of governance and social engagement and academic leadership.
Lecturer Requirements: Applicants should have i) PhD in Human Physiology and/or Anatomy or equivalent field, (ii) a Master of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology or equivalent field (iii) evidence of engagement in research, (iv) social engagement, and (v) teaching experience at a university or comparable institution will be an added advantage.
N.B In special circumstances, a Master of Science in Human Anatomy and/or Physiology or equivalent with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences of at least 2(i) pass/GPA of at least 3.6 or equivalent may be considered.
