PART-TIME / TEMPORARY FULL TIME LECTURER IN DIGITAL MEDIA
VACANCY NO:FH/MS1/2021
Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) teach undergraduate level courses in any of the following areas, computer animation and digital video, graphics design, and digital media theories (ii) supervise undergraduate student’s projects (in digital media studies) as need may arise; (iii) participate in the academic, governance and social engagement in media related fields; (iv) and perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: the candidate should possess: (i) a Doctorate in Media Arts or related field, (ii) and show evidence of engagement in research. (iii) Evidence of governance and social engagement in media related fields, as well as teaching experience at a University or comparable institution will be added advantages.
N.B A Master’s Degree in Media Arts related fields may be considered provided that the applicant has a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts related disciplines with at least a 2(i) pass or equivalent.
