PART-TIME LECTURER: CHEMISTRY EDUCATION

VACANCY NO: FE/MSE1/2022

Duties: As a member of the Department of Mathematics and Science Education, the lecturer will: (i) teach assigned courses on a part-time basis; (ii) Carry out any other related duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements: Applicants should have (i) a Doctoral Degree in Chemistry Education or equivalent (ii) show evidence of research engagements. The following will be added advantages: (i) experience in teaching Chemistry education at college/university level or its equivalence; (ii) evidence of governance and social engagement.

N.B. Under special circumstances, a Master’s degree in Chemistry Education with at least a 2(i) or (CGPA of at least 3.6 out of 5) or equivalent pass or equivalent at Bachelor’s degree level maybe considered.
