Applications are invited for the position of Real Estate Demonstrator/Teaching Assistant in the Department of Architecture and Planning, Faculty of Engineering and Technology.
Duties: The successful candidates will be required to: (i) assist with handling real estate tutorial classes; (ii) guide the students on the use of real estate application software’s (property management, property development, property investment appraisal and valuation) and (iii) carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Estate Management, Property Studies or cognate field with at least a 2 (ii) with a GPA of at least 3.0 or equivalent, (iii) A minimum of grade C in computer applications, (iv) For Demonstrator position, possession of one year University teaching experience OR two years professional practice experience and membership of Real Estate Institute of Botswana will be added advantages.
