LECTURER IN RADIO BROADCASTING

VACANCY NO. FH/MS 4/2020

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) teach post graduate and undergraduate level courses especially broadcasting, preferably radio and media studies; (ii) supervise undergraduate student’s projects as need may arise; (iii) participate in all academic and professional activities of the department including research; (iv) and carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:  Applicants should possess: (i) a Doctorate in Media or related field, (ii); show evidence of engagement in research. Evidence of governance and social engagement in media related fields, as well as teaching experience at a University or comparable institution will be added advantages.

N.B. applicants with Master’s Degree in Media Arts or related field with a Bachelors degree of at least 2.1 or equivalent in Media or related field may be considered.
