FACULTY OF BUSINESS
LECTURER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING (CONTRACT)
VACANCY NO: FOB/MKT01/2023
Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to (i) develop and teach undergraduate, postgraduate and executive courses in Marketing or International Business, (ii) supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, (iii) undertake scholarly research either individually or in collaboration with others, (iv) Participate in professional and community engagement, and (v) perform duties or responsibilities at the Department, Faculty and University levels assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: Applicants should have: (i) a doctoral degree in any of the following disciplines: Marketing, International Business, or equivalent domains; (ii) show evidence of engagement in research (iii) Evidence of research, governance, engagement, and teaching experience (the ability to teach courses related to marketing and\or international business) at University level will be an added advantage.
NB: In special circumstances, a Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business or equivalent domains with a relevant Bachelor’s degree of at least a 2.1 pass may be considered.
