LECTURER IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING

VACANCY No: FET/ME 2/2021

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in both Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering; (ii) Supervise both undergraduate and graduate student research projects; (iii) Conduct research in the areas of Industrial Engineering and Mechanical; (iv) Participate in other academic and professional activities of the department; (v) Render professional service and carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: Applicants should have; (i) a PhD in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related areas (ii) show evidence of engagement in research; (iii) teaching experience in the area of Industrial and Manufacturing at a university or comparable institution and evidence of governance and social engagement will be added advantages.
