LECTURER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING

FACULTY OF BUSINESS

LECTURER IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MARKETING (1 POSITION)

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to; (i) develop and teach undergraduate, postgraduate and executive courses in Marketing or International Business; (ii) supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects; (iii) undertake scholarly research either individually or in collaboration with others; (iv) participate in professional and community engagement, and (v) perform duties or responsibilities at the Departmental, Faculty and University level assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements: Applicants should have: (i) a Doctoral Degree in any of the following disciplines: Marketing, International Business or equivalent domains; (ii) the ability to teach courses related to marketing and/or international business; (iii) show evidence of engagement in research; (iv) University teaching experience or equivalent, evidence of governance and social engagement will be an added advantage.

N.B. Applicants with a Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business or equivalent domains with a relevant Bachelor’s degree of at least 2.1 pass or equivalent may be considered.
