LECTURER IN BUSINESS EDUCATION (2 YEAR CONTRACT)

VACANCY NO. FE/LSSE 1/2021

Duties: The applicant must (i) be qualified and competent to teach Business Education teaching methodology/pedagogics courses at undergraduate and Postgraduate Diploma in Education levels; (ii) undertake research in Business Education; (iii) Engage in governance and social provide service; (iv) supervise students’ research and (iv) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements: Applicants must have: (i) relevant doctorate degrees in Business Education specialising in a discipline appropriate to Business Education pedagogy or related field(s); (ii) Show evidence of engagement in research. The following will be added advantages (i) a relevant professional teaching qualification in Business Education at a university or comparative institution (ii) Governance and social engagement.

N.B: In special circumstances a Master’s Degree in Business Education may be considered provided that the candidate has a Bachelor Degree in a relevant Business/Accounting/Commerce/Economics discipline with at least a 2.1 pass or equivalent
