As a registered students you will be offered a free consultation by Doctors and nurses. So please bring your student identity card for registration at security desk.

Triage

The services offered are through a triage system, where the most unwell are seen first. Our friendly staff will direct you to the appropriate service area.

The visit

Our dedicated Doctors or Nurses will examine you in privacy. You can request to have someone of your gender present if you so wish.

Referrals

We will stop at nothing to ensure you get the best possible health care service. In cases where you may need further care, you will be referred to a public health facility where standard government fees may apply. If you prefer, we can also refer you to a private facility at your own expense. We will go further to provide you with transport in our ambulance accompanied by qualified personnel where necessary. Where the need arises your next of kin will be contacted.

Dressings and injections

Our friendly qualified staff is here to provide you with all your wound care (dressings) and injection needs at flexible times. To ensure your timely recovery and avoid unnecessary complications during your care we advise you to follow our instructions.

Bookings

We care about your academic obligations so we are committed to make bookings for some services with the relevant qualified personnel. This ensures timely consultations at a date convenient for you. We also extend this service to group bookings such as vaccinations. Please bring your ID, referral notes and medical cards when making your booking. Bookings can only be made within the clinic. We advise you to honor your appointment date to ensure that you are helped timeously.

You will need to make a booking for the following services:

• Ultrasound,
• ARV clinic,
• Mental health clinic,
• Doctors consultation,
• Routine checkups,
• Safe male circumcision,
• Medical reports
• Some procedures (e.g. pap smear, ECG)
• Specialist clinics etc.

For other services that do not require booking you can visit the clinic.
