Terms and Conditions for Site Visit
1. Bidders should note that maximum of Two(2) representative per company will be allowed to participate in the site visit to minimize the number of people attending site visit in line with Covid 19 regulations.
2. (Registration for site visit will start at 08:15hrs until 0900hrs on the stipulated site visit date)
3. Certificates of attendance will only be issued at the end of site visit to bidders who have registered before closing time of 0900hrs and fully participated in the site visit.
4. Attendees will be required to conform to the University of Botswana and Ministry of Health and Wellness Covid 19-regulations and any other UB Health protocols in place for visitors.
